At Brave and Courageous, we’re excited for you to get the candles we hope make your heart leap with joy! So it’s certainly a bummer when we hear your items have arrived damaged.

Send photos of your damaged items within 30 days of receiving your order (per USPS or UPS tracking information) to

and we’ll do our best to make it right!

We do not accept returns or exchanges. We know it can be hard to know what a candle will smell like from a website. We suggest trying one of our Sample Sets to get a feel for a variety of scents prior to committing to one of our larger candles.
